About Andy Monzer
Born and raised in Greece, Andy began his journey into hairdressing at just 16, attending a hairdressing school in Athens. By 20, his ambition took him to Milan, where he completed an intensive 9-month advanced program, refining his technical skills and creative expression. Eager to immerse himself further, Andy moved directly to Paris, spending 6 months absorbing the dynamic, avant-garde energy of the early 2000s Parisian hair and fashion scene — a time known for its bold, boundary-pushing styles.
Returning to Greece, Andy opened his own salon, which he successfully ran for 10 years, building a loyal clientele drawn to his eye for individuality and transformation. Paris called him back for another 5 years, offering deeper involvement in editorial styling.
In search of something more organic and authentic, Andy then moved to London, where for the past 8 years he has embraced a more natural, effortless aesthetic — celebrating texture, individuality, and understated elegance.
Andy’s philosophy has always centered on creating beauty through knowledge, intuition, and understanding. He believes that hair should complement a person’s face, style, and spirit. His approach is deeply personal, aiming to give each individual a look that is uniquely theirs — one that enhances their natural beauty, acknowledges their insecurities, and makes them feel truly seen.
